THE FALL THREE : JEFF THROPE, COLD SPLINTERS.

Jeff Thrope. Cold Splinters. Nomad. My man.
My bud Jeff Thrope’s Fall Three 2012.

1)Juniper Ridge : I’ve spent so many wonderful days/nights/weekends with my friends/lovers/cousins/heart-condors over at Juniper Ridge this last year. We’ve driven all around California together, camping with goats, collecting mugwort in Big Sur, drinking wine on Oakland porches, and walking 50 miles down the beautiful John Muir Trail. A monster box of their incense/soap/tea/cologne arrived on my steps the other day, so this fall is going to be spent smelling like Black Sage and Juniper. Miss you, guys.

2)Pumpkin Bread : In keeping with last year’s F3, there really is nothing that I enjoy more than pumpkin-flavored food. Give me a loaf of pumpkin bread with walnuts and I’ll be happier than I was before you gave me a loaf of pumpkin bread with walnuts. The math is simple.

3)Amazing Grace : Wholy Holy. Nothing better than blasting this one on a cold autumn Alpine Start out of the city as the sun comes up.

Thanks Jeff.

Good dude right there! And I couldn’t agree more on the pumpkin bread action.
